Sorry about always referring back to the hospitality industry - but that’s my expertise - but here is another great article about how loyalty programs fair in these tough economic times. Does “loyalty” have anything to do with WOMM? I mean, if you’re loyal to a certain establishment or business, does that mean you’re necessarily telling others about it?
